Individual toe pockets may feel unfamiliar at first. Start with a short wear at home, placing each toe into its pocket before gently drawing the sock over your heel. Give yourself time to find the fit; there is no fixed adjustment period.

One size band each, and you pick men's or women's when you build your bundle. They're also left- and right-specific, so each pair is shaped to the foot it goes on.

Measure your foot rather than guessing from your shoe size — shoe sizing varies more between brands than most people expect, and foot length doesn't.

Stand on a piece of paper with your heel against a wall, mark your longest toe, and measure from the wall to the mark. That's your foot length — it's the number that matters.

Yes. The fine knit has no added cushioning and is intended for everyday shoes, from casual lace-ups to loafers and short boots. The fit still depends on the room in your particular shoes.

97% merino wool and 3% Lycra® elastane. The wool is the main material; the stretch component supports the fit.

We chose a high proportion of merino for the feel of wool in a fine everyday sock. The remaining 3% is Lycra® elastane.

Composition is one part of choosing a sock. Thickness, construction and care matter too. A higher wool percentage is not a promise of greater durability. Wash cold and dry flat.

Yarn count describes how fine a yarn is; needle count describes the knitting setup. They are useful construction details, but neither number alone tells you how a sock will feel.

For everyday wear, the practical detail here is the fine knit without added cushioning. If you need the technical specification for a particular production batch, contact us before ordering.

Lycra® is a brand of elastane, a stretch fiber. Our composition includes 3% Lycra®, and the ribbed cuff is designed to hold the sock in place.

Fit varies with calf shape and size. The cuff should feel secure and comfortable; it is not a compression garment.

The toe closure is hand-linked to create a flat join with less bulk. Each toe also has its own fabric pocket.

Pairs are left- and right-foot specific. Align the large toe pocket first, then ease the other toes into place. A flat seam is a construction detail, not a guarantee against rubbing or blisters.

The price reflects the materials and construction: 97% merino wool, individual toe pockets, a hand-linked toe closure and a fine everyday knit.

How fresh a pair feels depends on your activity, shoes and washing routine. We do not promise odor-free feet. Wear a clean pair and change socks when they become wet.

This is a fine everyday knit without added cushioning. Whether it feels warm enough or cool enough depends on your shoes, activity and local weather.

For very cold conditions or activities requiring extra padding, consider a sock designed for that use.

Use cold water and a wool or delicate cycle, with the socks inside a mesh laundry bag. Hand washing is also an option.

Dry flat, away from direct heat. Do not tumble dry. Drying time depends on the conditions.

Our socks are made in China and ship directly from our fulfillment partner there. The Japanese influence is part of our founder’s story and approach to everyday clothing; it is not a claim of Japanese manufacture.

You should not need to pay import duties on delivery. If a carrier asks you to pay, send us the receipt and we will refund the charge.

Shipping is $5.99 USD for a single pair and free for sets of 3, 7 or 12 pairs. Your checkout shows the order total.

Orders leave the fulfillment center within 1–2 business days, and parcels arrive within 14 days of the order date.

Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Email us as soon as you can and we'll catch it before the order is packed. After that it's already moving and we can't recall it — but if it's genuinely undeliverable, tell us and we'll sort out a refund.

Thirty days from the day your order arrives, and you don't have to post anything back.

Wear them. If ROMATOKI isn't solving it for you, send us a photo or a short video and we'll refund you in full — the socks are yours to keep. That applies to the whole order, however many pairs you bought.

If only part of the order is faulty, we refund those pairs at the price you actually paid for them. Refunds land within 7–14 business days.

We refund you and sort it out with the carrier ourselves — that's not your problem to chase. For damage, send us a photo or a short video so we can log it.

Checkout uses PayPal. Card or guest-payment options depend on the options PayPal makes available for your location and transaction; use the methods shown at checkout.

They share four. Men's comes in Ivory, Ash, Sand, Slate, Midnight and Coal. Women's comes in Ivory, Ash, Lilac, Blush, Sand and Coal.

Yes. Mix available colors and Gents’ and Ladies’ sizes in the same set. For the Weekly set, choose all 7 pairs; for the Drawer set, choose all 12. Complimentary pairs are yours to choose too.

Choose a set of 1, 3, 7 or 12 pairs. The Weekly set is 6 + 1 complimentary pair; the Drawer set is 10 + 2 complimentary pairs. Select every pair, including the complimentary ones.
